Know any good commerical estate agent?

I am looking to sell a lease on a shop, does anyone know of a good commerical estate agent?

i have used daft, without much success tbh

I have used "commerical estate agents" without much success....I have found it much better to advertise / market the property myself. Thats only my own experience, over several property lettings.

I have found CBRE (Gunnes) to be excellent in the commercial area: both sales and lettings.

Look for local agents before going for the big guns, unless your shop is in a prime or secondary area the larger firms won't prioritise your lease. There should be smaller agents in your locality that deal with commercial property, I wouldn't go the daft route for commercial tbh, you are better off leaving this to the professionals
