Knightsbrook - Trim Co.Meath

A friend of mine is looking at moving out of Dublin and buying a new house in the Knightsbrook (built by cusack homes) in trim. Is anybody aware of the developer, development, location?

In particular I would like to know if they are negotiatable on price!
 
Living in one of Cusack Homes developments in Navan for the past 16yrs. Builder has a very good reputation locally and can honestly say I have never heard anything bad bout their work. Don't know about negotiation on price though.
 
Knightbrook would be a nice area to live in... Its on the Dublin road which is the nicer part of Trim IMO. There are schools near by and there is a really nice hotel there as well.
