hello - unusual question, in a joint carriage of sale of the family home in a judicial separation, what percentage would each solicitor hope to charge, one per cent of the total to each firm? how likely am I to get the court to order half of one per cent per firm?..other parent wants her solicitors alone to handle sale, not keen on that
