My wife worked in 2006(Apr-Nov) for 39 weeks and then on maternity leave. Then she worked for 4 months in 2009..Now she is working since July 15th 2010 on contract until next year 14th of July 2011..Does she entilted for Job seekers' benefit when the contract finishes.. I know she is not entiltled for job seekers allowance as i got paid is above 40k..I applied for it and they rejected last time..I looked into the welfare website, it is bit confusing..please advise.. She doesn't earn much and we are paying full time day care for 2 children.. If she works for a while and if she gets the benefit, it is worth going for work, else she can stay at home..):
