Has anyone had any exposure to investing in residential property in Liverpool - Good, Bad or Indifferent?
What are your thoughts on its potential over the coming years - 2008 City of Culture?

I Have been over twice recently and going again in March. The development is akin to Dublin some years ago with major focus on dockland areas. The city hs a buzz to it and there is seriious money being pumped into the place to make it look the part for city of culture. Airport close by, Ferry and LFC possibly on the way back to the glory years! The latter being similar in effect to Euro88 and italia 90 to the celtic Tiger in my opinion. They really do take their footie seriously round there. My brother is in college there for 4 more years and I plan on buying for him to live in at the minute I feel it is so good. Anything beats 4 yrs rent down the tube.
