Hyundai Hybrid 1 year car service - Hyundai dealer or local garage?

We have a year old Hybrid Tucson and are debating whether we need to go to the Hyundai dealer where we bought it or if we can go our local reliable garage.

We have been told by friends in the past that it is sufficient to ensure that Hyundai parts are fitted and this will suffice to meet the 5 year warranty. Is this correct or is it best to stick to a Hyundai dealer? Don't want any hassle down the road if there are any problems with the car that need to be covered by warranty.

What does your contract with the dealership/Hyundai Ireland say?

EDIT: I found this:

"The Hyundai 5-Year unlimited mileage warranty and the Hyundai high voltage battery warranty of 8 years (or 160,000 km, whichever comes first) only apply to Hyundai vehicles that have been originally sold by an authorised Hyundai dealer to an end-customer, as set out in the terms and conditions of the warranty booklet. Local terms and conditions apply."

If it was me I'd get it serviced with the Hyundai dealer until it's out of warranty
Cars are very reliable these days but when things do go wrong they can be costly and I'd rather spend the extra few quid, if it even is more expensive with the Hyundai dealer for that peace of mind. After the warranty is up, well then pick which offers the best price and service

As it’s such a new car I’d go with main dealer too.
