Hi, I know I have taken a risk, but I decided what the hell. 16 months ago I placed a dep of 30 k on a 3 bed apt in a new developement in the west of Ireland. I have not signed a contract yet, but have recieved absolute confirmation that my name is on the property. The first set of contracts are out in May, with the building due for total completion in August. My questions are,
1. Once I have signed the first contract, can I then subsale property?
Any advise would be appreciated.
