Ring Limerick County Council and ask to speak to someone in "Estates and Developments" - at least that's what its called in Cork CoCo. They will buy in private estates, as long as they don't own over a certain % of houses in that estate (5% I think). It also depends on price - Cork Co Co were looking at the lower end of the market, so my 3 bed townhouse wasnt that -according to them!
