How long does it take to remortgage?

Just curious. If the broker has all the papaerwork and has not asked for anything else, how long roughly does it take for pre-approval?

Loan approval should take no more than 3-4 working days. A complete remortgage should take 6 weeks approx. from start to finish or less if the lender is using title insurance through First American as the solicitor does not have to wait for the deeds from the existing lender.
