House in Gorey - length of time to sell?

Would anyone have any idea how long it might take a secondhand two bed house in Gorey to sell? Is the area popular? Do people prefer the new builds or is there a large market for second hands as well??

Any info would be great.

It's hard to say. I spoke to two Gorey Estate Agents yesterday as we are selling a 2nd hand property in the Gorey area and, according to them, they're moving quite quickly. But then they'll tell you anything really to get your business.

I suppose it depends on the location - we have one within 5 mins walking distance of the town centre and were at one stage looking for a 2nd one in that area, but nothing came on the market.
