Hi, my wife incurred hospital costs of over 13000 euro recently, all of which VHI refused to pay. Long story short, FSO have not found in our favour and now Solicitors for the hospital are demanding a payment plan be put in place to clear the amount.
Couple of questions really, as her husband do I or my assets have any liability for medical costs/debt? If we offer a payment plan that is not acceptable to the solicitors what are the next steps?
