Help needed for bankruptcy

Hi, I would be grateful if someone could give me some advice of who best to go to for going bankrupt and what cost is involved, am a sole trader with estimate 100k owed to revenue and around 50k owed to others, don't have any income, have not taken any income from business with last 7 months or so only thing I have is a family home with about 50k equity that I jointly owe with spouse ( spouse has always paid mortgage I have never contributed to that ) I really don't know where to go to for help and would be grateful for any advice

I'm heading in that direction too and found it very difficult to get specific information. There's lots of snip bits from people looking for business but none will answer a specific question.
Every case is different and your family home could be an issue if it's in both names.
I'm self employed too and that seems to be difficult to get information on.
