Can only suggest my catch-all answer for Germany related questions. Try Toytown Germany, the website for English speakers in Germany.
When searching enter keywords in the search box and hit search - it is then important to click on the google-powered button to get proper results. The ordinary search function on the site doesn't work properly most of the time.
Here's a list of threads found by searching for [broken link removed]. Even the threads about buying might have some tips on contacts. There are also paid advertisers on Toytown, many of whom will have reviews on the board from satisfied (or not) customers.
