Good Solicitor for Consumer issues

There does not seems to be any willingness by the Dealer or VW Ireland to resolve the VW parts issue.

I am now looking for a good Solicitor that handles consumer issues to take this matter further. The consumer right Act seem to be in my favour but I need advice on how to take it further legally.
Could anybody recommend a good Solicitor. I am based in Dublin.

O’Dwyer Solicitors in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo have been involved in litigation with VW, so they might be a good firm to contact.

The CCPC should help you. They are pretty hopeless however.

I’ve read the original thread. You should consider taking the car to a non-main dealer for a second opinion.

In my experience, main dealers are rubbish for pretty much everything.
