Getting Sterling Cash While in Ireland

Hi guys, I'm moving to a flat in London for six months but my new landlord needs the full deposit and one months rent (which comes to £920) in cash by this Saturday. Can anyone advise me as to whether it's possible to get this much stg while in Ireland?

Yes, you easily get this from a bank branch, but you may have to pre-order it. Also worth noting that some letting agents are happy to take credit card
 
try the post office aswell, they dont charge commission but just make sure you are getting a decent rate.
It was .86 in there today and it was .87 in permanent tsb.
Shop around for the best deal
 
Don't pay cash - at the very least do bank transfer or draft. What happens when you want deposit back???
