Can anyone explain in simple terms what is entailed in getting a hearing, using medical card, configured correctly? I ask as a friend seems to be going round in circles and getting nowhere. The last visit ended in a shambles in that the hearing aid was supposedly configured correctly using a laptop but when placed in ear gave off a high pitched whine!!!
