GE Money HP Agreement

Hello

We have a HP agreement with Ge Money, and haven't been able to pay it. However:

- They haven't been in contact in a long time 12 months +
- They have the incorrect car registration number on the agreement form.

So basically the agreement says I have finance on a car that's not mine. This was written out by the garage over 3 years ago.

The numbers I had for them are no longer working, and I hope to surrender the car to them some time soon.

1890 927 900 is their number - you'd be better off calling them to talk about this. I dont think the wrong reg number on the agreement form is relevant to this debt being owed though.

It is relevant in a court of law.

Is te correct chassis and engine no. on the document. That would be more important than the reg.
I would certainly ring them also and discuss your options.
