First Time Form 11

Hi,

Looking for some advice on this. We started renting out a house late last year. The rent was about 4,000 so I paid the tax bill under the PAYE Anytime system. As we're getting a full years rent this year, we registered with ROS as per the Revenue guidelines. I understood that I had to fill in a form 11 to pay preliminary tax for 2023 but when I log in now, I only see the Form 11 for 2022. Am I missing something here?

No. This is correct. You file for last year now. You should have a pre-populated Form 11 when you open it which should include the tax you paid. Check all the figures are correct. You then need to add the preliminary tax amount for 2023. This will be taken from your bank account this year.
