do you guys know how to check if the name of a festival is 'owned' by anyone/any tourist board? There's a few irish music festivals around that don't have web sites and I was thinking of creating some for them (to use my web dev skills and at the same time help tourists find accommodation, etc.)
In order to register a .IE I need to register a business name for each. I've looked up the tourism sites that I can find but have no idea if I'm actually 'allowed' to do so and have no idea who to contact to find out.
Any pointers?
