Am planning to put an extension on a 20 yr old bungalow in Limerick. Had builder out yest. & he gave us a quote of €42k which includes electrics, plumbing, heating and windows for new extension.
We will not require planning as the new extension is at back of house and is within the size advised by the council that does not need planning.
Does this seem like a reasonable quote? This is all new to me....
