can anyone tell me what the going rate for a 2 bed apartment with parking (2 bed, one bathroom) in Spencer dock is at the moment. Its rented at the moment at €1600 per month but the tenants are leaving at the 31st Dec and was wondering how landlords are finding it with regard to the levels of rent and the time it is taking to find tenants. I have had a look on daft but would perfer to hear first hand experiences from landlords.
