ESB call save not working & then long hold on paid line
what is it about mondays and january that customer service seems so frustrating
... have just spent 40 mins on ESB paid customer service line before hanging up in disgust with no answer - their 1850 number is not working (always engaged / disengaged perhaps ?) - so would it not seem reasonable to expect a hold pattern of no more than 10-15 minutes per caller
.... do they have a charter of expectations on this? if not, should they not set a goal?
....one would think with the price hikes they are imposing that (1) the 1850 number ought to work and (2) they could afford to employ some extra staff in customer services
