Duty Free allowance transiting UK

I fly Morocco to Stanstead UK and buy 250g of tobacco on the plane duty free. I go through border control in Stansted. I open my tobacco, and repack it.
I then fly Stansted to Ireland and buy 200 cigarettes duty free on the plane.

Have I exceeded my duty free allowance entering Ireland? Thanks.
