Driving test - condition of car

Hi all

I've been given a date for my (hopefully third time lucky!) driving test next month. I only applied last month so it's come in a lot faster than I thought it would.

Anyway, my question is, our car had a bit of an accident last year (we drove over a divan bed base - don't ask) and the front bumper is a bit jagged on one side. The car drives fine, always did, but I just wanted to check the bumper being a bit broken won't stop me sitting the test.

Anyone know?

Thanks,

M

It depends what you mean by 'a bit jagged', I guess; AFAIK the rules are that your car has to be roadworthy, safe, all safety belts, lamps and indicators working, etc., etc. Perhaps you could call in to the test centre and ask them to take a look and advise?
