Am interested in the new estates being built at Beverton, Donabate. However, i have read that Donabate has a bad history of flooding. I am cautious of rising sea levels and the pressure that increased building might have on land drainage in the future. Am I right to be cautious/worried about the development at Beverton? Any thoughts or first hand ecperience of floods around Donabate.
