Getting some conflicting feedback on this one - Do I need to declare the Sale of my PPR (to Revenue) even if there is no CGT liability (as it's my PPR).
You're unlikely to be punished if you fail to do so, but if you want to avoid unnecessary correspondence from Revenue it would be wise to file a CG1 return with the PPR exemption box ticked.
