No financial debit
No car loans / personal debt
1 child
Partner earns €14000 per annum
Income in the region of €35000 per annum
Saving €800 per month
No pension or life assurance
No mortgage .
New build property in coming years
Getting married next year
Have property valued at €160000 no loan
Savings €35000
Fixed assets true self employment as sole trader €55000
Business turn over €250000 per annum

Looking for advice
A ) to plan for collage my child
B) plan for savings for rainy day
C ) ways to expand or see more revenue from business ie as limited company or sole trader
D) strike happy medium between life and being financial secure

In terms of your business, go down to your local enterprise office for starters. There is lots of free advice there, courses they offer (which will also give you an opportunity to talk to and learn from other people starting up and running their own business) and potential grants as well if you qualify.

I presume you are going to live in your property in the short term whilst you build the new house? If so, you need to give consideration as to how you will fund the new build.

In terms of your longer term finances, you need to factor in your wife's income as well into your planning and approach this together. Lastly, if you have not done so already, your immediate priority should be to ensure you have a will made and life assurance in place, just in case. Manure does happen as they say and you need to plan for it.
