I was considering buying a 3 bed apartment in the Corvera Golf Resort in Costa Calida. Listened to the the agent roll off exagerated financial outlook re capital gains and rental income.
Can anyone give any insight on what the capital gains and rentals are likely to be. I've looked around and see there are a vast array of properties available in the area. Is there surplus property out there? Is this a bad investment?
