I am currently in 2 minds as to whether I should sell an investment property (if indeed it could sell in the current climate) or continue to rent it out.
The property is probably worth about 800k at the moment.
Mortagage remaining = 200k.
Current rental less mortgage repayments, tax, etc = approx €500 profit per month.
If I sold the property for say €700k I would be left with 500k (not taking into account CGT etc)
€500k in Rabo or elsewhere would net €1667 per month.
Is it time to sell??
