I'm writing a piece for the Sunday Times about the new Consumer Protection Bill and what it will mean for consumers, if enacted.
I'm hoping to speak with people who have been affected by vouchers expiring - under the new bill, there would be a ban on expiry dates on gift vouchers. This could be a restaurant voucher that had run out but only by a week or so, or a voucher where the value of the card was deducted due to inactivity.
