Does anyone know, in general, if a site is not zoned residential, is it possible to get water mains connected in order to water plants and vegs and possibly to have a hut installed with a loo. I am thinking of buying a modest plot to grow veg and fruit for the family as my garden is tiny but if I spend an afternoon in it I will need a toilet as it is in the middle of nowhere. And perhaps electricity for the little hut too in case its dark. Anyone tried to do this?
