Looking for advise in colleague case, son hurt in accident, other side have admitted liability, agreed an offer, went to court, judge threw it out and gave out to barrister saying come back with a sufficient offer. They are due back with further offer, can the judge throw it out again, or is it a done deal, given it's a minor and he/she must rule.
Do family need to attend court?

1- same judge can't rehear.
2- new judge can throw out.
3 -whoever is sueing, mother or father needs to be in court with birthcert.

There is always a risk that if judge A refuses to approve on the grounds that it is not enough and case goes to full trial, Judge B could actually award less!
