CHC Liquidation Funds

My PRSA pension was placed with CHC two years ago and the cash sums held outside CHC with a stockbroker. These funds are now frozen but fully intact. Can the liquidator merge my 'safe' fund into the general pot for distribution? I purposely avoided placing my cash into any risk CHC investment.

So you are certain your cash funds have not been misapplied? You say the cash sums are fully intact, presumably because the stockbroker confirmed this. In that case I would certainly think you are safe, unlike a lot of others, including me.
