I hope I'm using the correct thread. My parents are considering moving as they have lost a fortune on BOI & other market investments, the property has gone from é500,000 to é200,000 their medical cards were taken and they are struggling with their adjusted incomes.
Is it possible to set up a business, add the house as a business asset and rent it? Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks Laoisa
