I can get mortgage for total of 110,000, i know its low but is there any chance of getting something small that not an apartment in cork city area for that. Is there areas i should 100% stay away from?
Cork City Centre is ok to live in, although some areas could do with some rejuvenation. You will see houses for sale within the price range you looking for. Bear in mind most of them will have poor ber ratings so they will need renovations to bring them up to scratch.
