a property is held in three names, mine and both my parents - there are three names on the mortgage documents -all equal shares of 1/3 each.
however a deed of trust is in place giving me the three beneficary interest of the whole house.
if there is a transfer of my parents 2/3 share to me - are they liable for CGT with a deed of trust in place ?
