Is there anyway to get a loan without needing a guarantor from any of the Irish lending institutions:
for example:
If you are not Irish but an EU citizen
Are renting and don't own a home
Have no guarantor as family/relatives live in another EU country
Have applied for a loan before and got refused for above reasons
Following applying for loans and failed this affected your credit rating for
future loan applications despite having never had a loan
Working continuously for 5 years in Ireland and have a steady job and income
Based on this situation, is there any other way to get a loan?
Looking for a car loan, have savings with a credit union but not too sure to apply based on the reasons above so need an alternative.
In essence if you are not Irish, don't own a home or don't have parents residing here who own a home, this means you cannot get a loan without a guarantor?!
How do they assess a loan application?
Any ideas anyone?
