Hi all,
Our management company is approximately 14/15 years old, for whatever reasons the original property developers were still directors of our management company up until last year. It is understood the implications of having no directors, but would appreciate it if someone can answer;
1. Can directors just resign? My understanding is, for director(s) to resign - there is a requirement for replacements to be lined up?
2. Our management agency didn't get notification of resignation forms submitted to the CRO. When they went to file annual return B1 forms and look for director signatures they discovered the directors (property developers) resigned - should the management agency received notification of resignations?
