Bremore Port, Balbriggan

Does anyone know the exact location of the proposed Port in Balbriggan, is it between Balbriggan beach and Gormanstown beach. What do people think of this?

Is this question asked on the basis that the location will affect property prices/availability in the area?

No. I live in Balbriggan and i am curious as to where the location is as i think i am quite near the location.

Have you looked at the Transport forum on www.boards.ie? Likely to get a better idea there.

As you travel north out of Balbriggan on the old Dublin/Belfast Road (N1). Drive past the Garda station and climb the hill. Drive past the turn for Balscadden and continue for approx 500 metres.
That's where the proposed port will be AFAIK. You can find more details on www.droghedaport.ie
It will be interesting to see exactly how it pans out!
