Just wondering if this is unusual. We are currently selling our house in cork and have two separate bidders bidding. It’s coming to the end of the bidding process now and I have asked the auctioneer what position the bidders are in and I was amazed to find out that neither bidders have their houses on the market yet (they have been bidding on our house for the past month)!! My husband and I have just signed contracts on a site today and are starting to get nervous.
