What are average solicitors rates for house sale ?? , house value approx. 270 K.

I have heard there is a solicitor group that give you a flat rate fee for selling house under 400 K , anyone know name, and any experience with them .

The House is located in Kinvara Co. Galway Near Burren.
 
The Professional Insurance Brokers Association have a panel of solicitors that will do conveyancing for a professional fee of €995.00 plus VAT plus outlays regardless of the property cost. You must be referred to the solicitor by a PIBA member. You can find one close to you on
