Best Tracker rate available from BOI?

Currently with BOI tracker mortgage ecb +0.95 but have an LTV of 40%.
Through looking at the board I realised there were much better rate available, contacted them the other day and they have they have reduced to 0.75% but won't budge from there, take it or leave it preying I presume on customers lethargic approach to changing mortgages. Looks like I'll have to go to AIB ecb +0.6 or NIB +0.5.
Just wondering has anyone got a better deal out of BOI on a tracker with such a low LTV?
 
AIB are offering a .45% Tracker on Mortgages with a LTV<=50% for the first year and a fixed .6% for the duration of the term after that

if you have an account with AIB they are willing to pay your transfer fees up to €1200, but you'd need to ring them to be 100% as they're not offering it to everyone
