There are many threads on this already, Ulster bank have (had?) a good deal if your mortgage is small and you have a low LTV, <100K ballpark or else NIB if you have a big mortgage and a low LTV, some banks pay the legal fees, some don't. There are lots of positive and negative feedback comments about the different options, brokers etc scattered around here, well worth the research for such a big financial undertaking.
