We are putting our apartment in Dulin 2 up for sale at the end of the college year (June). I want to get 3 quotes and see how they compare. Anyone suggest who should be invited to quote and what % would I expect to pay the EA. Also how long should we give them as "sole agents", 3 months ?? Any advise or suggestions would be most welcome...
