Does anybody know about the property market in Ballina? My parents in law are retired and renting there. Currently we and other relatives are helping out with the rent. They are renting a nice 3 bed apart/townhouse with a view of the wier. We are considering purchasing a place and allowing them to leave rent free.
Does anybody have any idea what 3 bed apart/town houses are going for?

Why don't you check www.daft.ie or www.myhome.ie? You would be able to find info on the market there (both for sale and rent) by doing a search by county and then selecting Ballina and voila..
 
It is a buyers market at the moment in Ballina. So many houses, new and old, and very few selling. Townhouses in centre of town are at the €190,000 mark. Ridgepool village would be around this too. HTH.
