bad credit history have 230k need a house

Looking for help from anyone in the mortgage sector / brokers etc
a friend has seperated from her partner but mortgage went into arrears along the way and is still in arrears while the house is on the market , she will walk away with 200k roughly and wants another mortgage /house in dublin so will need to borrow around 150k , is there anything she can do or anywhere she can go to get this loan , original bank said no ,weary of all these high interest ge money etc , any advice much appreciated , Thanks
 
A good Broker is the answer...

need to be very careful right now...

Don't go to a lot of different Brokers or Finance Houses....as each enquiry is a trigger on an already poor credit rating....

There are products out there for people with poor credit....

mMake sure that you do tell the truth...full history and all that..

Find somebody that you can trust...
