i have tried a searc on this here and nothing has come up.we are looking at moving office and we are wondering is there anywhere we can get details on current rent prices per square foot/metre i.e. is there an index anywhere?also if we had to fit out the office what kind of rent relief period should we be asking for. we are looking at a €40/50 k cost to fit out and we were thinking of 18 months rent free. the land lord is looking for €15 a sq foot and we are thinking of offering €10. the office is just outide dublin about 30 minutes from the M50.
