Auctioneer Fee Query

Hi,
Where it is proposed to use two auctioneers to jointly sell , in this case a farm, does anyone know the likely fee that owuld be charged.
Is it cheaper to have just one auctioneer or do they normally split the commission that they would charge if they acted soley?

The sale will be by auction and the land is outside Dublin.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Why have 2 auctioneers? Particularly if its for auction, as only one can actually conduct the auction. Also, for an auction advertising is crucial, and one auctioneer can do that as easy as two.

Usually the fee is split 50/50 but that varies for example if one auctioneer is local to the property and has to do all the viewings.

Some auctioneers will refuse to do a joint sale.
