Hi
Does anyone have any experience of opel customer assistance. My car would not drive today, it is an automatic. The service guy (AA) called and took it away for the garage to look at next friday jan 2nd.
While i can get a hired car for 4 days, i cant get an automatic for a few days. Assuming I get it on monday, the four days will carry me to thursday, the garage only opens on friday and it may take some time to repair, it it does what do you think are my chances of getting opel to pay for the hire of the car for the extra few days.
Ok I understand my contract is with the local opel garage, which are closed untill jan 2nd, their phone advises to ring another number which turns out to be AA
Car has 3500 ( 3,500)KM on its screen.
