AIB 2k offer to cash - deadline 1st Dec.

I am sending all the documents and application this week. Switching from BOI.

Two questions now.

1- what are the chances I could still make the deadline? Mortgage needs to be drawn by 1st Dec 16.
2- what are the chances AIB extends the 2k offer after 1st Dec?

Hello,

Looking at EBS as a possible example they extended their cash back offer which was due to expire 31.10.16, they announced the extension around 23.09.16 so if AIB follow the same timeframe the next 7-10 days should tell a lot.

Meeting the current deadline is possible but valuer/solicitor will need to be on the ball and your paperwork acceptable to AIB at the first time of asking

they'll either extend this offer, or put a better offer in place. BOI and PTSB are both offering 2% back (as well as EBS but AIB own them).
 
AIB have confirmed the following:

The offer was due to expire on the 1st December 2016, however the offer has been extended and will continue to run on an ongoing basis
